Drinking game[10/20/24]
Low-stakes; nothing to lose in this game. We sit around the bar with too many drinks, more than we need and should have. How-to-play: As the drinks flow, try your best not to sing! Hey daaaark moooon. Oooooh, way up high up in the sky! Tell me why, tell me why you lost your splendor. Bro1 strums the uke all clumsy and out of tune. Bro2 and Bro3 sing along all discordant. La-la-la-la-la-la-laaa. It’s hard to explain the hardships and pain that true lovers must endure. That’s for sure. I am always singing loudly in harmony while the dogs scatter across the floor. There’s a reggae party here toniiiiight! Braddahs on the left, sistahs on the right. The game continues as the drinks flow. Song after song, you hold back and don’t. Thinking back to them summers on that homestead, when I first heard you sing! La-la-la-la-la-la-laaa. Take me away when I see you again, I would like to be the one that loves you till the very end. There is really no point in the game. No one starts it. It ends when the drinks end. But everyone wins.
Twinkling stars in the skies! Remind me of your pretty eyes. And when the sun sets in Wai'anae, I dream of you by my side. Seeing birds that fly to the sea will bring my honey to me.
